I have been thinking the whole week and been pondering with this Question : Bakit marami pa ring Entrepreneurs or Pinoy Marketers na nag-gigive up at nag-fefail.
Ano ba talaga ang Dahilan? So ito ang mga sagot na akala ko ay ang totoong dahilan kung bakit.
1. Kulang sa Pangarap?
I dont think so, kasi lahat naman ng tao may mga pangarap sa buhay at kung tatanungin mo ang mga taong nakakasalubong mo sa daan ngayon kung may mga pangarap sila, majority of them will answer you with a big "YES".
2. Kulang Sa Motivation?
I don't think so as well. Dahil lahat naman ng tao ay already self-motivated.
In fact ang mga motivational and self-help videos are only videos na ang purpose is i-Ignite or Gisingin 'yang motivation na yan na matagal ng natutulog sa pinaka-loob loob mo.
3. Kulang sa Inspiration?
Hmmm. Siguro hindi. Lahat naman ng tao may Pinag-huhugutan that's why they got involved with Entrepreneurship. Lahat gustong kumita para sa kanilang mga pangarap. Kahit ikaw siguro na nagbabasa nito ay may hugot sa buhay.
4. Kulang sa Knowledge?
Hahahaha! Marami namang uri ng knowledge kaya hindi din ako na naniniwala na ito 'yung reason din.
I believe na lahat ng bagay ay natututunan if you only have the will to do so. We go to school to Learn and we forced our kids to go to school to learn new knowledge.
In fact, everyday is part of acquiring new knowledge.
5. Kulang Sa Skills?
Maybe?
But Skills can be learned through reading, listening and learning from other people and from personal experiences.
Moreover, maraming mga online training na din ang mga nagawa na namin addressing major problems of Pinoy Marketers/Entrepreneurs , if you'll gather them, siguro aabot ng almost thousands na siguro in total ung mga training na 'yun.
6. Kulang Sa Coaching/Mentoring?
This is definitely not a valid reason for me.
Based on personal experiences sa mga masterminding sessions and coaching na nasalihan ko.
Kahit na siguro halos everyday kausap mo ang mentor/coach mo.
Kahit na siguro isusubo na sayo ang lahat ng mga kailangan mong gawin para maging successful ka.
Malaki pa rin ang percentage ng mga Entprereneurs na mag-quit pa rin even though they were given this chance and privilege na magkaroon ng personal coach/mentor na inaasam ng lahat na willing magbayad ng malaki para lang makuha ang oras mo to coach or mentor them.
Bakit ko nasabi ito?
Dahil last year ay may sinalihan ako na mentoring session. Sa umpisa, mga 15 pa kami na attendees na very excited at very eager to learn. Pero after a couple of weeks, unti-unti ng nababawasan ang group namin kahit alam nila that what they're about to learn will change their life.
Isa pa, sa team namin sa ginagawa kong business, ay nag-coconduct kami ng regular na mentoring o coaching session for the members na kailangan ng guidance o tulong to get started. We give them everything they needed to start pero....nakakalungkot lang dahil ngayon, 'yung mga taong pinaglaanan namin ng oras at binigyan ng mga exclusive information at strategies para magkaresulta ay 'yun pa ang mga tao na hindi mo na mahagilap sa group mo.
So...Bakit nga ba maraming Nag-Ku-quit?
Well, I would like to enumerate what I realized to be the Main Reasons and this may sound harsh to you but this is the Reality.
You may or may not agree with me on these things. But majority of the things na ipapakita ko sa yo is based on my personal experiences.
Reason #1. Lack of Belief
To be honest marami na kaming mga na-train na aspiring Entrepreneurs na kagaya namin na gustong-gusto talaga naming tulungan to the point na parang ini-ispoon feed na namin sila ng mga information na kailangan nila to get started.
Kahit na masakit para sa akin but "people come and go" and being an Entrepreneur is not for everyone.
Alam mo ba Bakit?
I found out that that majority of them were holding to this wrong belief na "HINDI NILA KAYA!"
They don't have this strong belief sa sarili nila
They don't have this strong belief na kaya pa nilang bumangon from their situation
They don't have this strong belief sa potential nila
They don't have this strong belief sa skills nila
Ito din ang naging experience ko before, but when I changed how I see myself and believe in myself. Everything around me changed.
And that's the time when I decided to only spend more of my time with like minded people who have the same belief like mine.
Remember, "What You Think, You Become" - Henry Ford
Change your belief, Change the way how you think and Everything around you will change.
I recommend the book "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill kung gusto mong mas maunawaan pa itong part na ito.
Reason #2. Too Much FEARS
Ah! Common na iyan!
Oo common na nga 'to pero marami pa rin yung nadadali!
Ito ang isa sa mga dahilan din on why I almost quit doing my online business when I was a newbie hindi dahil takot ako na baka hindi ako mag-kakaresulta sa business na ginagawa ako pero dahil...
- Takot ako sa kung ano ang sasabihin ng ibang tao sa akin kung gagawa ako ng video or ng blog.
- Takot ako na baka hindi ko kakayanin dahil sa sobrang busy sa trabaho ko dati
- Takot ako dahil hindi naman ako techie at baka hindi ko magawa pinapagawa sa akin sa mga training videos na napanood ko at baka madis-appoint lang ako.
- Takot ako sa lahat ng bagay dahil narealize ko na if lalabas ako sa comfort zone ko, maraming mga bagay-bagay pa ang posibleng mangyari at takot ako dati na harapin ang lahat ng mga iyon!
And I spoke with a lot of Entrepreneurs din kung saan ito ang isa sa mga problema nila that's holding them back in getting their results at mag-level up sa business na ginagawa nila.
Kaya very common na talaga ito kaya kailangan natin na gawan ng paraan para hindi na tayo madadali nito.
Remember, Fear is just False Expectations Appearing Real!
The only way to fight fear is by taking action! Dahil Fear will get just get stronger kung hindi tayo kikilos at gagawa ng paraan.
Fear is just an indication that you need to do something else.
Think of it this way, ano ang mas nakakatakot.
Ang mag-hold sa kinatatakutan mo ngayon (kahit ano man yan) na pumipigil sayo maging successful at makita mo ang Sarili mong hindi kailanman magiging SUCCESSFUL sa buhay at makikita pa rin ang pamilya mong naghihirap dahil 'dyan o haharapin mo lahat ng mga kinatatakutan mo by taking action and start getting that life that you and your family deserve?
Sige pumili ka.
Reason #3. Ang Daming Mga Maling Akala
Ito medyo malupit dahil sapul ako dito before.
Maling Akala 1: Akala na ang success natin ay responsibility ni Upline, Ni Sponsor o Ni Mentor.
Dude!Wake up!
Your Success is your Obligation, Your duty and Your Responsibility, sabi nga ni Grant Cardone.
Your leaders are there for you to assist you but 99% of the work depends on you, kaya you have to get out there and Work harder for your Dreams! Hustle And Grind!
Kaya nag-fafail at nag-gigive up ang karamihan dahil sa maling akala na ito.
Nag-quit si upline/sponsor mo, so ma-quiquit ka na din?
Ang tanong, Responsibility ba ni upline ang pamilya mo? Ang mga pangarap mo?
Gising Kapatid!
Huwag mong sisihin si upline , ang company, ang products o ang ibang tao sa results mo dahil , you are the one who is and can control your life.
You are the only one who is in control of your Results and Your Life!
Maling Akala 2: Pag-nag-join ng isang Opportunity Kikita agad kahit walang gagawin!
Kilala mo ba si "SCAM"?
YES, siya nga.
Kung gusto mo ng ganyang business, puntahan mo si "SCAM" and I am very sure na uuwi ka ng luhaan pagtapos na ang transaction niyo.
Been there, done that. Gusto mo bang ma-experience din yun? Go Ahead ! Hindi kita pipigilan 'diyan.
We always have to keep in mind that kung sasali tayo sa isang opportunity o business na LEGAL, you need to understand that you need to work hard for your results.
In the world of Entreprenuership, You are paid what you are worth for and you are paid for the action you are willing to take.
Kung hindi ka ready sa ganitong mga bagay. Huwag ka nalang mag-business para hindi masayang ang pera mo. Kapalit lang naman iyon ng mga pangarap mo. :)

Reason #4. Lack Of Action
Alam mo ba na there are 4 kinds of Actions?
I learned this from Grant Cardone, isang successful na businessman and also my all time favorite author
They are...
- No Action
- Retreat Action - I called this urong-sulong action dahil sa Fears
- Average Action
- Massive Action
Siguro medyo may idea ka na about these if you heard one of my video blogs before that I also posted on my YouTube Channel.
Let's me explain to you kung ano ba talaga 'tong mga to.
Of course sa No Action, obviously kung wala kang ginagawa wala ka ding makukuha. Sabi nga ng bible verse 'di ba "You Reap What Yous Sow (Gal.6:7)" sa tagalog pa, "Kung wala kang itinamin, wala kang aanihin"
Sa Taking Average Action Naman...
Akala nating mga Entrepreneurs minsan na pag may pinost lang tayo sa social media ay okay na iyon dahil nagawa na natin ang business natin by showing to the people our business.
Pero alam mo ba na gawain ng mga Average o normal action takers din yan tapos maging kontento agad? You are just doing what the average or normal people are doing.
Gusto mo bang maging different and mag-stand out from the rest?
Get Massive!
Do you calculate everyday ilang oras ang nai-ispend mo sa business mo?
How do you normally spend the day?
How much are you really spending sa business mo? Is it enough to give you your Income o Results?
Let me tell you a short story
I was a full-time Employee when I started my Online Business.
My work hours was from 9am-6pm from Monday-Friday and we have over-time hours during weekend due to high work load in our department.
6pm is a rush hour in manila, and when you work at Ortigas, If you go out of the office by 6pm or 7pm , you'll get home around 11pm or worst around 12 midnight na dahil nga rush hour, sobrang Traffic, ang daming tao at choosy pa ang mga taxi na makikita mong nakaparada sa may megamall at isasakay ka lang kung papatungan mo ng P100 ang bayad mo!
That was my life before.
But, paano ko pa rin nagagawa ang negosyo ko kung tutuusin sa biyahe pa lang ubos na agad ang oras ko, 'di ba?
Ang sagot ko 'dyan ay dahil I value my time too much. Most of the times kahit nasa office ako , I spend my break hours in reading, listening to audiobooks and writing drafts for my business sa workstation ko then I send it sa email ko para makita ko pag-uwi ko ng bahay.
Paano ko naman nagawang ma-balanse ang oras ko ng ganoon na lang?
Because I believe that I only have the same 24 hours a day like all the people in this world have and It's my responsibility How I take full control of my time.
Then I realized that "I" can only decide and control what will be the activities I should do to make every second valued and how to spend them wisely para magkaroon ng resulta sa ginagawa kong online business.
That means, despite of hectic sa time o gipit sa oras before. Nagagawa ko pa rin na makapag take ng massive action na nagbigay sa akin ng breakthrough kaya nagawa ko na ding makapag-quit sa trabaho ko dahil I am earning almost the same income sa ginagawa kong business plus I am just working from home with my loved ones.
Imagine, If I took average or normal action and would treat my time as normal or average. Siguro I am still stuck up in my cubicle ngayon, handling tickets and doing the things i hate most.
Ang isang tip ko sa iyo dito, isipin mo palagi na yung mga iniisip mong ganyan ay mali at hindi naman 'yung mga nagsasabi sa iyo ng negative na mga bagay ang magbibigay sa iyo ng success sa business. Kung may sabihin man silang masakit sa iyo, move on. You need to be brave at hindi magpaapekto sa mga taong ganyan dahil mga insecure lang 'yan sila. Kung baga, inggit lang dahil hindi nila nagagawa yung mga ginagawa mo. Okay?
Alam mo ba na may isang Revelation sa akin kaya ko palaging china-challenge ang sarili ko to take massive action?
Dahil narealize ko na kahit wala akong gagawin, kahit na uurong ako sa pag-take ng action at kahit average ang action na gagawin ko, I am still exerting effort sa mga bagay na 'yon. At kung mageexert man lang ako ng effort, eh bakit hindi nalang MASSIVE para MASSIVE Results din!
Hindi nakakapagod ang pag-take ng MASSIVE ACTION.
Mas nakakapagod kung parati mo pa rin nakikita ang sitwasyon mo araw-araw na ganoon pa rin.

5. Not Totally Open For Change & Unwilling To Unlearn
Sabi nga "Change is the only thing that is CONSTANT in this world" . Agree ka ba doon?
At isa pa, "The most difficult to Learn is The Process Of Unlearning"
Being an Entrepreneur we need to be open to changes that is happening in our surrounding and we need to adapt to that change kasi kung tutuusin tayo din ang mahihirapan at result natin ang maaapektuhan.
Naexperience mo na bang mamangka na against the current?
Di ba ang Hirap?
Ganyan ang Ibig kong sabihin.
If you keep on resisting to change, nothing will happen, ikaw din ang mag-susuffer.
Ito ang naging isang malaking lesson sa akin noong newbie pa lang ako sa online marketing business.
Dahil wala talaga akong complete experience and skills at lahat ng meron at alam ko ngayon ay pinaghirapan ko talagang aralin at pinagpuyatan ko despite of my very busy schedule sa work.
But one thing na hindi ko nagagawa before is ang mag-change ng Approach sa mga strategies na pinipilit kong mag-work at huli na ng naintindihan ko na I failed because I was not open for the change na dapat na matagal ko nang ginawa.
Sabi nga ng mentor ko sa akin, "P-D-C-A". Which mean, Plan, Do, Change And Adjust.
If you have strategies sa business mo na hindi nagwork, it's not an indication that you have to give up, that only means na baka may kailangan ka lang i-CHANGE sa APPROACH mo to embrace new results.
Most of all. Huwag maging matigas ang ulo. You need to be willing to UNLEARN to Learn new things.
If you keep on holding on to what's not working for you right now, if you are not willing to listen , if you are not willing to unlearn and try new approach. Then you'll always have what you are currently getting.

So far, ito ang mga na-realize ko na possible na mga reasons on why Majority na gustong maging Entrepreneurs ay nag-ku-Quit o Nag-fe-Fail.
